Our Story

Barrio Kusinero began in a humble home kitchen—with a simple love for cooking, a curious palate, and the dream of creating something we could proudly share with others.

Like many small businesses, we started with what we had. We tested recipes in small batches, listened to honest feedback from family and friends, and made adjustment after adjustment. Some batches were promising, while others sent us straight back to the kitchen. But every attempt taught us something valuable.

That journey eventually led to our Smoked Sinamak Grill Sauce—a distinctly Filipino sauce inspired by the familiar flavors of home. Made with sinamak, roasted vegetables, and carefully selected spices, it brings together smoky, sweet, tangy, and savory flavors in one versatile bottle.

We may have started small, but we take every detail seriously—from refining the flavor and maintaining consistency to preparing and packing every bottle with care. For us, striving for perfection does not mean pretending that we already know everything. It means continuously learning, improving, and giving our customers something better with every batch.
