During holidays, promotions, unusually high order volumes, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

Shipping Coverage

We offer delivery nationwide within the Philippines, subject to the serviceability and coverage of our courier partners.

Some remote or restricted locations may have limited courier availability. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we will contact you using the information submitted with your order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer unless a specific free-shipping promotion states otherwise.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout based on the delivery destination, package details, and available shipping service.
